Support Cal-Earth by Donating

Support our programs with a donation! Cal-Earth is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to providing solutions to the human need for shelter through research, development, and education in earth architecture. We are currently seeking funding in 3 main areas: RESEARCH, YOUTH PROGRAMS, and SCHOLARSHIPS.

RESEARCH
A donation geared toward research would allow us to expand our initiatives in grey water, permaculture, aquaponics, earthen plasters, solar heating, rocket stoves, and many other ongoing efforts. Our goal is to raise $25,000 for a series of projects planned for 2015-2016.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
Cal-Earth hosts over 500 children and teenagers annually for educational field trips and workshops. Many of these youth come from disadvantaged backgrounds, and we provide low-cost or no-cost options when possible so students can have the opportunity to learn regardless of their circumstances. Our goal is to raise between $5,000-$10,000 to support our ability to promote sustainable building through our youth education programs.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Cal-Earth is committed to helping students learn regardless of their financial situation. Our goal is to raise $35,000 to provide partial and full scholarships to students who demonstrate financial need--if it is not affordable, it is not sustainable!
