Email. We do not "harvest" email addresses from our website visitors or anyone else, nor do we send unsolicited commercial bulk email (spam) to our customers or website visitors.

Personal and/or business information provided to us by our website visitors, customers, clients and newsletter subscribers is treated confidentially and is not sold to anyone for any reason. If you provide such information to us by email, telephone, letter, an online form on our website or other means, we use that information only to provide you with our services and/or products or to respond to your requests.

Newsletters. Our Newsletter Subscription page collects email addresses for those who wish to subcribe to our free email newsletter. We do not share this information with third parties.
Credit Cards. Credit card and related personal information provided to us by our customers and through donations is strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of collecting funds as designated by the client. This information is not collected or stored on our website. However, in the event that fraudulent or stolen credit card information is presented to us, or we are required by law enforcement agencies or concerned financial institutions to provide such information, we will comply with all applicable laws, law enforcement agencies and concerned financial institutions as required by law.
E-commerce/Shopping Cart. When you purchase products at calearth.org, you have the option of saving time on future visits by setting up a login account called My Account where you can update your contact information, password and shipping address, and see both the status of your current order(s) and your previous order history. No credit card information is stored in My Account, so we provide no way to update credit card information. The following personally-identifiable information is collected via our shopping cart; we use this information to charge your credit card, and to mail your purchased products to you, as needed.
